At this time, all small package orders will be shipped with UPS pre-paid. Generally, orders received by noon will ship from our Chicago area facility the same day. Being centrally located in the country allows most of our customers to receive their orders within three days using standard ground service. **Items that include free shipping are shipped using UPS ground. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the continental US. Larger orders, over 150 lbs, will ship using common freight carriers. We will use our large shipping volume discounts to secure the best rate possible. Shipping charges, within the continental U.S.A., will be quoted at customer’s request. If no request is issued we will ship your order with the most cost effective method. Customers are welcome and encouraged to use the carrier of their choice as well. Please contact us to schedule a pick-up date. Customers and carriers can pick-up pre-ordered product between 8 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday. Upon receiving a valid e-mail address, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation of their order, e-mail notification when the order ships out, notification of any possible delays with their shipment, (weather delays, truck breakdown, etc) and notification upon delivery.
